Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, including current trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong creative skills to develop innovative and visually appealing marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and use it to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in project management to ensure marketing projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and market needs.
  • Experience and proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for marketing purposes.


Job Description :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for beauty products to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to understand customer needs and stay competitive in the beauty product market.
  • Planned, implemented, and measured marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand partners, and third parties to increase brand exposure and collaborations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement based on collected data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, including creating marketing materials and coordinating launch events.
  • Develop creative and compelling marketing materials, including print, video, and digital content, to showcase beauty products effectively.
  • Support sales efforts by creating campaigns and initiatives that enhance product visibility and contribute to increased conversions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
