Job Description:

• Manage and lead the company's finance department, including accounting, taxation, and expenses
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting and long-term financial planning
• Leading the team in preparing financial reports for management and other stakeholders
• Maintain company compliance with tax regulations and other financial regulations
• Partner with other departments within the company to develop business strategies and ensure the achievement of the company's financial goals
• Analyze the company's financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage cash flow and expenses wisely to ensure the company's financial stability
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing the necessary direction, support, and career development.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Min. 7 years of working experience in Accounting and Finance, including 3 years in a Management position.
• Having an accounting certification (such as CPA or CA) is preferable.
• Understand accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in the fashion retail industry will be a plus.
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage budget well.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, as well as lead and develop a finance team.
