Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field, especially in the fashion or textile industry.
• Minimum education is Diploma III or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Textiles, Fashion Design, or Production Management.
• Have strong knowledge of clothing production processes and quality standards.
• Able to conduct quality testing of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
• Have good analytical skills and can provide recommendations for improvements when needed.
• Be careful and careful in checking product quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work together in a team.
• Have a good understanding of the quality standards that apply in the fashion industry.
• Can work under pressure and have good time management skills.
• Understand work safety procedures and regulations in the production environment.

Job Description :

• Carry out quality checks of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products following established quality standards.
• Identifies defects or nonconformities in products and provides recommendations for improvement to relevant departments.
• Carrying out physical and visual tests on products, such as checking fabric, stitching, and design details.
• Create regular quality inspection reports and document findings and corrective actions taken.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure a clear understanding of product specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and equipment used for quality inspection.
• Identify potential risks in the production process that can affect product quality and provide solutions to overcome these problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new QC procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in quality testing.
• Conduct training for production staff on relevant quality standards and QC procedures.
