Job Description: 

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct stock checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Assist in merchandising and store presentation.

Requirements : 

• Height: Minimum 157 cm
• Minimum education: High School or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Advisor or 2 years as a leader
• Neat and attractive appearance
• Confident and communicative
• Honest, responsible, and possess leadership qualities
• Willing to be placed at Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya
